Fueled by mediocre demand, Bearhole is back with a brand new T-Shirt. Starring: the iconic logo embroidered on quality cotton.
Says a humble yet proud CEO Dick Weyls: “We went all the way for this specimen. Early prototypes featured long sleeves, one sleeve, no sleeve and even four sleeves. In the end we went for what’s truly fundamental in a t-shirt: two side-holes for the arms and a top incision for the neck. Instant classic!”
Chief Operating Designer Jacques Prélude confirms on a more serious note: “We’re very pleased with how this garment turned out. To make the embroidery a success, we stripped the logo to its bear essence. This makes the lines and colours vividly stand out. A limited time offer you can’t refuse. Well, can, but shouldn’t. Could, maybe, but shorn’t.”
With numerous holidays in plain sight, Bearhole’s Fashion Department surprises friend and foe with a premium unisex cotton T-shirt. “The demand for fresh Bearhole apparel has been tangible over the past years” says CEO Dick Weyls. “Today we’re finally able to meet that societal yearning”.
HEADQUARTERS – In cooperation with FabricMerch, Bearhole offers its new shirt online during a three week campaign starting Friday November 13th. The garment is available for pre-order in all sizes and hits the shelves at a seizable 20 euros*. “A low-price effort we had to make in order to charm our ever shrinking audience” admits Dick Weyls. For many, this new shirt might come as a pleasant surprise, with gift-giving season around the corner. “The timing is a lucky coincidence” says Barthobalducq Fond-du-Bois de la Coutoire Garnier, Chief Fashion Officer at Bearhole. “We’ve been optimising this design for numerous months, and are happy to share it today with aficionados near and far.”
De la Coutoire is known for radical designs and intrusive marketing, but kept his efforts rather low key for this outfit. “I basically just pasted the logo on a Tee. Sometimes easy does it”, clarifies the CFO. “It’s not about making money or penetrating the market per se. It’s about a conscious aesthetic effort to enhance the world as a whole.”
